Primary ICT is a small group of practicing teachers with a wealth of technical and pedagogical skills and experience. Together they serve to provide you with a high quality online ICT programme (and occasional on site training on request).

Primary ICT offers a cost-effective alternative to the ICT training normally available in the private sector. However, reduced cost does not mean reduced quality, a claim which should be substantiated when you view our courses. You might start by examining our sample course materials on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) before you decide to subscribe to the online programme.

Allison Allicote, MSc, BEd is an experienced former primary school teacher and ICT Coordinator. Allison has 12 years experience in primary schools and has delivered PGCE and other educational programmes for a number of HE institutes. She oversees the pedagogical aspects of our courses.

David Hall, MEd, BSc (Hons), PGCE, DipIT, is the principal lecturer in Education & ICT at the University College Birmingham. A former IT trainer and course design specialist, David became involved with children's ICT in 1998. He oversees the 'technical' aspects of our courses and is the author of 'The ICT Handbook for Primary Teachers' (David Fulton Publishers, 2010).

Primary ICT continues to update and develop its courses, largely through consultation with the primary sector. Please feel free to feedback your comments on any issue (however large or small), at any time. Your views are greatly appreciated and are essential to the process.
